Terms of delivery
- After verifying that the customer has confirmed the order and made payment, the Bargar!ta™ will deliver the products.
- Customers can reach out to the Bargar!ta™ contact throughout business hours (open daily, no holidays, hours (08.00-17.00)). Outside of business hours, the company has the right not to serve customers.
- The delivery day will be within 3 business days in Bangkok and metropolitan provinces and 5-7 business days in upcountry, the goods will be delivered through the delivery agents, Best, Kerry, Flash และ Ninja Van. For orders confirmed and paid after 11:00 a.m., the Bargar!ta™ will deliver the products the next working day.
Policy on Cancellation
- You can only cancel an order that is still being processed. Any cancellation requests you may have will be granted. Only through phone at +666 5789 4163 will cancellation requests be acknowledged or accepted; cancellation requests sent via email will not be acknowledged or accepted. You will not be able to cancel an order once the relevant goods have been packed and sent. However, under the 7-Day Return Policy, you can cancel a purchase after receiving it (see the below condition).
