Any merchandise can be returned or exchanged anything that is damaged or hasn’t been activated within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the document of receipt of goods mainly). The goods must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Under the following conditions, the Bargar!ta™ will exchange or return the product:
- The product is defective or damaged, and it cannot be used in its normal function
- The wrong type, formula, or size of product was delivered
- Product packaging that has been destroyed
Note
- The product must not have been worn or old and must be new.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
- If you receive the product after 7 days, the Bargar!ta™ maintains the right not to return it to you.
- In such situations, the Bargar!ta™ reserves the right not to return or refund products that are on sale (Stock Clearance).

Policy on Refunds
The consumer will be refunded the total value of the order. If the Bargar!ta is unable to locate a substitute or replacement for the original product that you ordered, you will be notified. You will be required to present documentation and accounting evidence in the event of a refund. It will take approximately 30–45 business days for the company to process refunds into your bank account, and you will be notified once a refund has been paid.
